World Tourism Day will be held in Egypt
On September 27, the international community celebrates World Tourism Day.
This year, the UNWTO official events will be held in Egyptian city of Aswan.
UNWTO Secretary-General Taleb Rifai says that tourism is a major component of the economy of Egypt, which annually attracts millions of tourists into the country from around the world.
Egypt is a country with a unique and dynamic culture, that is why World Tourism Day will enrich the traditions of other participants.
Within the program “tourism that combines culture”, the session “Think Tanks” will be held in Aswan, where the key players in the tourism market will be able to discuss the role of tourism in the maintenance of respect, understanding and tolerance throughout the world.
Within the framework of World Tourism Day tourist photo contest will take place, the winner will get a trip to Egypt.
